You Co-Invest
Accredited investors are invited to participate in the deal. With a typical minimum of $50,000, you acquire a proportional ownership stake in the LLC that holds the property — no landlord headaches, no property management.
Earn Passive Returns
You receive quarterly cash distributions from rental income, plus your share of equity appreciation when the property sells. We target an 18–24% IRR over a 3–7 year hold period with full investor transparency throughout.
